Make someone special a one-of-a-kind wire wrapped pendant, with your choice of stone or shell or stained glass. This is a great course for Gift Giving this season. Lindy Malin will discuss and show the process of polishing antique stained glass, and work with you to create the perfect necklace gift! Once you learn the tricks of the trade in this class you will not have to buy premade wire wrapped items!
Lindy is a skilled artist and educator who has brought her skills to teach classes for IU13,
Disability Empowerment Center, Thaddeus Stevens College, The YWCA, American Cancer Society Walk For Life, AC Moore and Joanne's Fabrics. She also creates private events for weddings, animal rescues, church sales and clubs. Lindy worked for Fire Mountain, selling over 10,000 pieces of antique stained glass, and has been published in Bead Style Magazine and several other magazines.
All materials and tools are provided, although if you have tools you are comfortable with, you
are welcome to bring them. If you prefer to wrap something of yours bring it to the class and we will see if it works. Also, bring along a pair of gloves for tender hands.
Class are 1 hour – 1 hour 15 min.
